GF MEDICAL GROUP’s “Construction and Translational Application of an Innovative System for Oral Implant Restoration” Project Wins Science and Technology Award, Has Entered Clinical Trials.

DentalGoodNews｜Gaofeng Medical Devices (Wuxi) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as: GF MEDICAL GROUP), jointly with Shanghai Ninth People's Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine, University of Science and Technology of China, Anhui Medical University, and Shanghai Renjie Industrial Co., Ltd., completed the project "Construction and Translational Application of an Innovative System for Dental Implantation and Restoration," which was awarded the 2026 Chinese Stomatological Association Science and Technology Award.
It is reported that, as a standing award in the field of oral medicine nationwide, the Chinese Stomatological Association (CSA) Science and Technology Award is selected biennially, aiming to recognize units and individuals who have made outstanding contributions to the advancement of oral medical science and technology.
The winning project of GF MEDICAL GROUP was led and declared by the research group of Professor Zou Duohong from Shanghai Ninth People's Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine. It was officially announced after the preliminary review, public announcement, final review by the CSA Science and Technology Award Review Committee, and confirmation at the 7th meeting of the 6th Council. The project award number is CSA2026201, and the main contributors include Zou Duohong, Zhang Zhiyuan, Xu Yuanjin, Yang Chi, Mao Libo, Gao Huailing, Xu Wenhua, Gao Jun, Li Yan, and Bai Guo. The recommending unit is Shanghai Ninth People's Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine.
It is worth noting that the project "Development and Clinical Application of a Dental Implant System," jointly developed by GF MEDICAL GROUP, Shanghai Ninth People's Hospital, and University of Science and Technology of China, previously stood out from 206 award-winning achievements (individuals) citywide in the 2024 Shanghai Science and Technology Award selection, winning the First Prize of the Technical Invention Award. It was the only medical project among the 14 First Prize winners of the Technical Invention Award that year.
