Medical AI Technology Company RIIG Completes Over $6 Million Series A Financing to Expand Global Market

(operating under the HOOTL™ brand, hereinafter referred to as "RIIG Technology"), a medical AI technology company, announced the successful completion of a Series A Financing exceeding $6 million (approximately RMB 40.944 million). This round of financing was co-led by family offices, listed entities, and high-net-worth individuals. The funds will be used to accelerate the deployment of its AI-driven medical insurance platform, deepen its technology stack, and expand into global markets.

According to the company's disclosure, in the healthcare sector, RIIG Technology is leveraging its AI insurance platform to optimize providers' workflows for underwriting, verification, and claims adjudication. Currently, the company's dental solutions have achieved integration with mainstream clinic management systems such as OpenDental and Dentrix Cloud, with more integration projects underway. As previously reported by DGN, dental AI technology company HeyDonto also completed a $20 million Seed Round Financing this month, indicating the capital market's continued interest in dental digital integration and interoperability solutions.

Furthermore, to support multi-domain model development, the company is establishing an AI Center of Excellence and has acquired an NVIDIA DGX B300 system. This facility will support medical data processing, computer vision applications, and drone services, while also advancing edge AI capabilities to enable real-time processing and automated identification at data collection points.

Regarding its global expansion, RIIG Technology has established a strategic joint venture partnership with a Dubai government-backed institution and set up a Canadian subsidiary. These collaborations aim to develop AI platforms that enhance border security, protect supply chains and critical infrastructure, and safeguard sovereign data security for global allies.
