Aria Care Partners Acquires Coronado Dental, Enters Mobile Dental Market

Aria Care Partners is a comprehensive provider of dental, vision, hearing, and podiatry services for skilled nursing facilities (SNF). This acquisition marks another expansion move for the company following its recent acquisitions of Sanford Dental, Sanford Vision, and Dynamic Mobile Dentistry, aiming to extend its on-site care model to more regions across the United States.

Since 1994, Coronado Dental has specialized in mobile oral care, providing on-site dental services to approximately 75 skilled nursing facilities in Phoenix and Tucson. Its service offerings include preventive, restorative, and emergency care, delivered by a professional team comprising dentists, hygienists, assistants, and community administrators.

According to the acquisition agreement, Aria will retain Coronado's frontline service team to ensure continuity of client care. As a result, the affected facilities will gain access to a broader range of dental benefit programs, as well as Aria's on-site vision, hearing, podiatry care, and related insurance solutions.

John Griscavage, CEO of Aria Care Partners, stated that geographic expansion is a strategic priority for the company, and Coronado's business model aligns well with Aria's on-site ancillary care strategy. Dr. Davis Henning, owner of Coronado, expressed that this move will create more added value for the skilled nursing community. Currently, Coronado's operations are being gradually integrated into Aria's management system to achieve comprehensive integration of administrative and technical support.
