Dental Surgical Robot company Yangshan Medical secures new strategic investment, announces nearly 100 million yuan in total financing in February this year.

DentalGoodNews | February 27, 2026, Shanghai Yangshan Medical Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yangshan Medical") announced the completion of its Pre-Series A+ Financing. This round was led by Aidite (Qinhuangdao) Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Aidite") as an industrial Strategic Investment investor, with participation from Danlu Capital. It is reported that Yangshan Medical's Pre-Series A round and this round have raised nearly 100 million yuan in total.

According to previous reports by DGN, Yangshan Medical completed its Pre-Series A financing in early February this year, jointly led by Shine Capital and Yuan Capital, with BlueRun Ventures participating, raising tens of millions of yuan. This Pre-Series A+ round, led by Aidite, is a follow-on financing after the previous round.

Yangshan Medical stated that this investment aims to combine Aidite's channel resources with Yangshan Medical's surgical robot technology to advance the full-chain solution for Computer-Assisted Implant Surgery (CAIS), covering preoperative digital planning, intraoperative robotic operation, and postoperative digital restoration.

Furthermore, according to Yangshan Medical's disclosure, on February 12, 2026, its fully self-developed unobstructed oral implant surgical robot, PlanT, officially received market approval from the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA). This product adopts contact navigation technology, featuring unobstructed operation, zero registration, and anti-interference characteristics, and has already received several commercial orders. Another globally pioneering product from Yangshan Medical, the Dental Implant Distractor (DID), has entered the NMPA's special review process for innovative medical devices.
